Shipping
We aim to deliver all orders within 7–15 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing times may add 1–2 business days before your order ships. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances. We have a 60-day return policy and money-back guarantee, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive your money back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
